Trying to upgrade to standard, but no workspaces are eligible

Hello, I'm trying to upgrade our Trello workspace to Standard, but when I try to choose anything but Premium, I'm told that no workspaces are eligible. How can we go about upgrading our workspace?

Hi @Rachel Cornwell , Welcome to the Community!

When you see “no workspaces are eligible”, it’s usually related to how billing/admin is set up.

  1. Make sure you’re an admin for the workspace you want to upgrade.
  2. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/billingSubscriptions and try upgrading from there instead of inside Trello.
  3. If the workspace still doesn’t appear as eligible, contact Atlassian Support so they can check your account and billing configuration: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
