Hi,

I'm using the free account, we recently had one person out, and trying to add the new member into our Workspace.
This new member will be our 10th person to join (since we deleted one account from the worksapce recently)
But it's not allowing me to add the new person...
Am I missing something..?

Please help! ;(

Thank you!

The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on the board that you're using within that Workspace, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members.

I would suggest that you go to the Members page for the Workspace. From there, you can see all of the members and guests in the Workspace, and you can remove any guest or member who doesn't need to be in that Workspace.

Hello @Yeryeong Judy Kim

Yes, that is most likely the Free plan limit.

Trello counts not only Workspace members, but also guests and pending invites. So even if one person was removed, you can still stay at the limit if another guest or invite is still there.

Check the Workspace member list, guest list, and pending invites. Once the total is back under 10, adding the new person should work again.
