Trying to connect two or more Trello boards together with automation...

What we want to happen:

Trello Card gets archived from Training Tracker Board

Card with Employee's Name gets added to the Evaluations Board and has:

• Assigned Due Dates
• Assigned People based on Round Robin Rotation

If possible it also gets added to General Trainer's Tasklist

Does anyone know if such thing is possible through the regular version of Trello or if I need to look into more types of Power-ups? Thanks so much to anyone that can help in any way.
