We seem to have a subscription for Trello and Bitbucket. The Trello subscription was done by a former employee and we need to cancel it (but keep the Bitbucket subscription).
I don't have all the Trello account info, because we can't log into it. When I go through the cancelation process you have, I must input a URL, SEN, EN or Invoice #. I only have the Invoice number - and that alone doesn't get me to the next step so I can complete the cancelation. We've been paying $400/yr for 2 years on this orphan account and I'd really like to get this resolved.
Can you help us get this Trello account canceled?
