I am watching the card, I even watch the board. Notification is set to "At the time of due date". And I'm not getting it.
Strangely enough I did received them a few days ago. I've just found out today that I've missed the due date for one of the cards because of no notification. So I've created a test one and it does not work. I don't remember changing anything in settings so it seems really strange.

Sorry to hear about that.
Would you mind sharing a screenshot of your mobile device's current notification settings for Trello please? It may be that your device itself is blocking these notifications specifically.

I've wrote a letter to support about this but strangely enough notifications started to work, though I did not change anything.
Probably some issue on Trello's server side.
Anyway, hope that they'll continue to work
