Hello, I am not sure if Trello made a recent update to their interface but I can no longer see different workspaces and boards on the sidebar like I previously could.  There appears to be a new bar at the bottom, but its much harder to navigate.  Is there a way I can change back to the old interface where all the boards in different workspaces are visible on the left view spine? It was much easier to find the information I need.

New version is harder to navigate, I agree with you.

Hi Danny, welcome to the Trello Community!

What you are experiencing now is not a beta version; it is the new Trello Personal Productivity experience, and opting out is not an option. We have begun transitioning our users to this new experience over the past few weeks. As we continue to roll out the new Trello experience to everyone, soon all users will be using the same Personal Productivity interface. This means that other users will also no longer have the option to switch back to the previous experience.

I'm sorry for all the confusion this change has caused you. If you're interested, here's a blog post that talks more about this new experience and the new features that we're releasing: Be your most productive self with the new Trello.

To make your experience a bit easier, here are some guides that might help you:

We’d love to hear your thoughts on our new features! Please take a moment to use the "Share Feedback" button. The bullhorn icon in the top right header allows you to send your insights directly to our product and design teams. Your input is invaluable to us and helps shape these changes in a way that truly benefits our users.

I hope this helps, but let us know if you have any questions!

Hi @Danny Gonzalez-Roberts

Welcome to the Community!

Here is the way to go back to the normal interface of Trello:

  • Head to the navigation bar and click on the Beta button on the right
  • Choose the Exit Beta option

This will bring your normal UI back.

Hope it helps 🙌,

Liam

I don't see this Beta option. Does that mean that this feature has definitly disappeared?

If so: Where can i ask for that feature back?

Hi there!

As the Beta version is over, we have begun transitioning our users to this new experience over the past few weeks. As we continue to roll out the new Trello experience to everyone, soon all users will be using the same Personal Productivity interface. This means that other users will also no longer have the option to switch back to the previous experience.

If you're interested, here's a blog post that talks more about this new experience and the new features that we're releasing: Be your most productive self with the new Trello.

As an example of active community feedback, many customers have shared their thoughts on the recent sidebar changes. In response to this feedback, the team is implementing changes to the sidebar for easier access to your boards. A new feature will allow users to pin the board switcher as an expandable and collapsible panel, making it more convenient to switch between boards. This update will be released in the coming weeks: Board navigation changes based on Community feedback

I hope this helps, but let us know if you have any questions!
