Trello seems to have shut down on us, it's intermittently letting us view attachments and it's not letting us download anything from cards. Does anyone have a fix?

This sounds unusual and we might need more information to help troubleshoot.
Are you using Trello in a browser or in a Desktop application or on mobile?
When you experience this "shut down", do you get any error message or does Trello just freeze, or could you tell us a little more about what you see?
Does the board have a very large amount of data? Sometimes large boards with a great number of attachments can be slow to load.
Any other details will help us try to figure out what's going on in Trello!
