Trello <-> Zendesk Two-way Ticket updates

I have a ZD Support instance that is integrated with both JIRA and Trello (for two separate product teams).

I have the basic integration in place, but have a question about what other actions are supported. Can Trello comments update the Zendesk conversation, and vice versa? Can I Trigger a notification from Zendesk when the Trello ticket has its List updated (e.g. moving from To Do -> In Progress)?

I am performing the functions above in my JIRA integration. I haven't been able to find documentation for hooking up similar functionality for Trello.

https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/trello/

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

@Kim Howe nope, the integration is pretty loose between Trello and ZD (and the same is true for most power ups). Really, they're there so you can keep track of additional data around a ZD ticket, but to do any real work you have to go back into ZD.

If you'd like to run a helpdesk from Trello, you can check out SendBoard:

https://sendboard.com/

or my own product BenkoDesk:

Thank you, @Iain Dooley !  Glad to know that there isn't something I was just completely missing.

I'll check out those other solutions as well.

Thanks again!

Kim
