Trello invite not working?

The invite link I received to verify my email to join a Trello board isn't working, it gives me the error message " We're having trouble loading Trello. Check your connection and try refreshing the page."

When I asked the Trello AI on how to fix it suggested I put the link into Chrome (tried) and incognito mode (tried) and I still get this error.

I have authenticated my email address in the authenticator app. 

What are my next steps to getting this rectified?
