Trello - impossible to attach files to a card

Hello, 

I use Trello for an internal team. 

We are using Box in parallel to get access to some files and I initially wanted to use to use the power-up functionality to ease the process. 

Nevertheless, it's not so easy for some of the team members so I removed this power-up. 

Nevertheless, since then, I do not have any longer the possibility to add other than trello attached card or box files (not possible to add "standalone files"

How can I solve this ?

Would you mind reaching out to trello.com/contact with an example so we can take a look? Also, if you are using Trello Enterprise, check with your team admin. Enterprises can restrict certain attachment types, so for example restrict direct attachments to Trello cards.
