Trello for Enterprise: Previous Employee Needs access to Personal Boards now owned by Organization

Our organization recently purchased Enterprise for Trello, and now our employees accounts (that used to have whatever data they put in there) is accessed through SSO.

One user who did not transfer their personal data out of their org account to a personal account left, and now is asking to access their trello data (their SSO account has been deactivated).

Is there a way to transfer this data (cards, attachments) to their personal Trello account?
