Trello, does free version support single board guests?

We're just starting to use Trello, as a non-profit organization.

Two questions have come up so far:

1. does the free version support single-board guests?
   If so, how do you set these up?
2. should we (have to) decide for the paid version, what's needed to receive the non-profit price/rebate?

Doesn't seem to work for me...

I have a workspace with 2 members, 3 multi-board guests and 5 single-board guests.

Yet when I try to add another single-board guests to a board that has , I'm told that the limit of 10 users has been reached: "This free workspace has reached the limit of 10 members".

The board has 8 users in total, 2 members and 6 guests.

From your response it sounds like you already have 10 collaborators in your free workspace ("I have a workspace with 2 members, 3 multi-board guests and 5 single-board guests.")
