Trello clearly has the most frustrating help. It is useless. I would like to speak to a human please

I can't find how to delete a board.
I cant find how to change my billing.
I have imported a board and there are no cards. No what?
I can't find a human to help me.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful

I am sorry for your frustration. Unfortunately, a lot of us are in the same position in terms of trying to find the information we need in the documentation.
