Trello card transfer to Jira ticket

Hi there. 
When Trello card is created I need to transfer it to Jira and create a ticket in backlog of my project. I've done automatization and have created rules on the both sides.
Result is that I'm getting ticket in backlog, labels and source are matching with Trello card, but unfortunately the main thing which I need the most - description, isn't transferred. I've tried to use a comment section as applied description there, but it wasn't transferred as well. 
Any suggestions on how to make it work without some other additional tools?

Can you tell me, what is your Trello automation trigger?

Hi Mike, thanks for your reply. 
I've tried to use as a trigger - "when a card is moved into list"  and "when a card is added to list" 
and the action was "Create a Jira"
