Hi, we 10 persons use Trello and now it has warning that we need to upgrade it. Why? I do not need upgrade it.

I see you’re currently using the free version of Trello. With this plan, you can have up to 10 members in your workspace and a maximum of 10 boards. If you’d like to add more members or create additional boards, you’ll need to upgrade your subscription.

There is a 10-user limit for free Workspaces — this includes all members of all the boards within the Workspace, nut just a single board. When a free Workspace has more than 10 users, it enters a read-only state. When that happens, it won't be possible to add any cards to any boards within that Workspace or until some users are removed from the Workspace.
