Hello,

I work at a community college and we have been using Trello extensively.  We have been using the team function, however, with the recent announcement of the cap on 10 boards per team for free, we will not be able to afford to upgrade everyone to  Business class.

We are also migrating to Office 365, and I was hoping to create a Trello Channel within each 365 Project Team.

My question is if folks are viewing the Trello board in the 365 Team channel, will they need to have a Business Class license, or can they remain under the free access?

What is the bar that determines when someone viewing a board requires a Business class license vs. the free access?

Thanks for any help!

Amy

@amy fernandes any member of a business class team is billable, and anyone who is a member of more than one board within a business class team (a multi-board guest) is billable.
