I added a new staff member to our business class team. They were able to access our boards previously, but now when they try to log in, they get a message saying their account (both username and email address) doesn't exist. I tried removing them from the team and adding them back in and was able to do so, but they still get the same message.
Please have the user reach out from their registered email address via trello.com/contact mentioning their username so we can take a look from our end and assist. Thanks
Actually, we ended up resolving the issue internally. We discovered that the staff member had inadvertently created another Trello username and was logging in with that username. Thanks!
