I attempted to log into my paid Trello account. It took me to Atlassian. Atlassian would not recognize my Trello login and created a new account. I cannot access my paid account and all of the Boards. Please help. The address attached to my paid account is hello@aidigitalcollective.com.

But have you tried recovering the old account? If you have access to your email, you should be able to try to recover your password.

The Trello account directs you to the Atlassian portal because it's the main access point.
If you can't recover access, you can write directly to support for help.
