Trello - Job Application Tracker Template

Hello Everyone,

I created a Job Application Tracker board template, but I can't find a way to submit it to the gallery.

I saw somewhere that templates have to be submitted to the Template Gallery officially, but a quick search also yielded some "the gallery isn't being updated anymore" type responses.

Thanks for sharing your template – that board looks really useful for job tracking.

At the moment, Trello doesn’t have a self‑service way for users to submit their own boards to the official Template Gallery. The gallery is curated by Trello, and from what I’ve seen it hasn’t been actively expanded in a while, which is why you’re finding comments that it’s not being updated.

The good news is that you can still share your template so others can use it:

• Make sure your board is set as a Template and the visibility is set to Public visible.
• Share the direct board template link (like the one you posted) so people can click Create board from template and use it in their own workspace.

Creating a discussion or an article in the Community to share your template link would be a great start to help more people discover it!
