Trello Gold or Business class?

Hi,

What should I choose for my purpose?

We are 5 people at my work and we have two agencies with around 3 people per agency. We all need to be able to upload big files (trailers, posters and stuff) and have the same kind of access on Trello, exept for the admin.
So should we use Trello Gold or Trello Business class for this team of people?

@Sofia Granath If you choose Trello Gold, then each individual will need to upgrade and enter their own payment details. If you use Business Class then you apply it to a team, and any team member (or member of more than one board in a team) will get billed to this central account -- much easier to manage!

I work a lot with people of other organizations, If I use Business Class Trello and I invite several people of outside my company, would the functionalities of the boards work fine with the Business settings?. Does it make sense to have this type of solution when you work with many third parties employees?. I need more space to upload information and I want to use many power apps.

And more on Team setup, since I noticed and sent email to Trello Support, the back was, Any Team you created you need pay for membership, please allow me to explain a bit in details,

If I have 2 department and I might need create 2 teams, and among this 2 team, some of them sharing information, some not, so some of them might be on both teams to view all departmental trello board (not sure whether I could set access for each board in team), the struggling i had is, those some of them on both team we need pay them twice since they are in both of teams. which means I need purchase twice membership for one user since he/she is in both team.

Why not if someone got his/her membership, he/she should be able to be invited to any time, and the overall team no need pay for another upgrade there.

In fact, I tested it and I need pay twice since I am in different team, one created by myself and the another one was created by my Colleague...
