Trello / Gmail is showing as installed but no right side bar visible with Trello ion desktop browser

Hello,

Have installed the Trello plug-in on Gmail; I am supposed to see a panel on the right on my inbox, when I open individual emails.

I do not see anything. I presume this feature is available for Free tier users as well. 

Please advise on what is wrong, or what we are doing wrong. My colleague and I have the same problem

You have to click on bottom right in Gmail to see the side panel and then install the Trello Add-on https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/trello-for-gmail-add-on/
