Trello- Changing background on a board not working

Hi

I trying to do a very basic trello background change.

By board allows me to change the background to a different colour or one of their photos without a problem, however if I hit the plus sign under custom and upload my PNG file then it toggles and after a few seconds it simply gives a "something went wrong" error in the bottom left of the screen. 

I am using an apple macbook with a google chrome browser and have cleared my cache and this didn't seem to make a difference. 

Any tips/help would be very welcome!

I have tested this on my end and was able to change the board background to a custom image without any issues. Since the problem seems to be specific to your environment, could you please check the following:

1. Try a different image: Does the issue occur with any image you try to upload, or just one specific file?

2. Check the file size: What is the size of the image you are trying to upload? 

3. Test on another board: If you upload the same image as a background to a different board, does the same issue persist?

4. Try a different browser: Please try accessing the board from another browser or using a private/incognito window to see if the issue still occurs.
