Trello Board Link Posted In Slack Opens Browser Not App For Some Users (iOS & Android)

I post a daily Trello Board url link in Slack for employees to reference.  For some of my users tapping on this link on their mobile phones opens a browser and not the Trello app.  This is happening for iOS and Android users.  Futhermore the link opens with the side menu open in the browser for the Trello board and users have to tap to close it.  The link opens for me in the Trello app not a browser.  Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

So I've since figure out my own solution for iPhone iOS users. In Slack tap the 3 dots in the top right corner, then go to Settings, then Advanced, for the Web Browser select Safari.  Now links will go directly to Trello and not the browser.
