I paid 359,97 USD on July 3rd, 2025.
My invoice is nowhere to be found on the platform.

While you’re contacting the Atlassian Support team, you can also do some quick self‑checks on your side:
Make sure you’re logging in with the same Atlassian account email that was used to pay for the Trello subscription.
If someone else (for example your manager or finance team) made the payment, the invoice will be under their Atlassian account, not yours.
If the Trello subscription is linked to an organization/workspace, only billing admins or organization/site admins can see invoices in the Billing → Billing history / Invoices section. Regular members usually don’t have access to invoices.

If not you must reach out Atlasian and ask them directly.
You can try to reach out to Atlassian Support with a no-login option.
