Transferring ownership of a board

Hi all,

I started a Trello board while working as a contractor for a company. I no longer work for them but their team are on this board and it is very busy.

I want to back out of it, so I free up my board allocation and don't get any notifications but I don't know how to do this.

Logic would suggest I could transfer ownership of this board to another account on that board and then leave the board.

Yes, you can make someone else the admin of that board then leave the board https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/making-a-user-an-admin-of-a-board/

Hi, I tried following this suggestion. I am no longer part of the board but I can still see it and all the members of the board I left are still visible in my workplace. How could I fully turnover without turning over my entire workspace? I have other projects moving and cannot share access to my workspace.
