Transfer paid plan between Trello accounts

Hi there,

We've started my client's workspace on my Trello account but now that our contract ended, they wish to transfer / migrate their workspace to a newly created organizational account. They have paid for a Premium plan billed monthly, in addition to the boards, can they transfer the paid plan from my account to their account?

Hi @Ofra Ronen 

Premium plans are per Workspace.

They could just start to pay for a Premium plan (ahead of the migration to their Workspace), and you could cancel your Premium plan?

However, if you mean you want to transfer billing mid-month, or mid-annual period, between Workspaces - then I'd contact Trello Support directly to ask that question :)

The scenario above is actually hypothetical as we just needed to understand what would happen in an event of migration but it seems that the simple solution will be to choose the monthly billing and migrate towards the end of the month so that no one is out of pocket.
