I am moving on from my current job and as the account manager, adding/removing members and bill payment, is it possible to add a replacement team member to my existing role/account? My account is paid up until this October, would the new team member need to create a new account and transfer the other members and data from there?

You can easily invite other users to your Workspace and Board and grant them Admin permissions.
Once the invited user receives the invitation, they will need to accept it and verify their account. This process ensures that you have successfully assigned another Admin to your Workspace.
Once you have confirmed that the new Admin is set up and everything looks good, you can safely leave the Workspace. The new Admin will then have full rights to manage the Trello subscription and settings moving forward.
