Too Many lists...

I've been using Trello for years. Now all of a sudden its not letting me add lists and telling me I have "TOO MANY LISTS". Please help?!

Hello @Zach Schauf

This error means you've hit Trello's total list limit, and archived lists still count toward that capacity.

Go to Board menu > Archived items and switch to lists. You'll need to permanently delete some old ones to free up space. Just be careful: deleting a list wipes its cards too, so move important data to a separate board first.

Hi Zach,

You may have reached the board’s list limit. To clean up several lists at once, try Bulk card actions in Board Assistant:

First, remove unnecessary or archived cards. Then click Select list on each list you no longer need and choose Bulk list actions - Delete empty lists. Only lists without active cards will be deleted
