TimeDoctor is incorrectly assigning time for our employees to different cards on our projects. There is a new problem card regularly, and a batch of time for our employees will be assigned to this card, even though they don't work on the project and never start the time tracking for that specific card.
We have been back and forth with TimeDoctor support and it has been requested I reach out and see if it is a challenge on the Trello / Atlassian end, and whether anyone else has had this issue!

Trello itself doesn't have any native time-tracking features, so it doesn't really assign time to cards on its own. It seems like this might be more on the TimeDoctor side of things.
Did TimeDoctor support mention anything specific you should check with Trello? Since this issue seems pretty specific to how TimeDoctor integrates with Trello, it might be worth double-checking any settings or configurations in TimeDoctor related to how it tracks time on Trello cards.
If you have more details on what TimeDoctor suggested you check with us, let me know! Otherwise, it might be best to keep pushing with their support since they manage how their tool interacts with Trello
