Time Tracker Will NOT Authenticate

I have tried disabling, reinstalling but it never Authenticates. The screen for authentication flashes but disappears!  What are the pre-requisites to utilize the Power Up? Please advise!

Do you see any issues enabling other Power-Ups? I'd see if the issue is maybe browser related. We do have a few troubleshooting steps here: https://help.trello.com/article/736-troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello
