Thumbnails disappear after a while, even if the image inside the card works,s anit'sts really frustrating. I have the Trello for a game's community, and it constantly breaks down. What can I do? I do not want to move to Fandom yet

This issue is often due to a cache problem with your browser.
You can try clearing your pages' cache (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) or using Trello with a different browser to see if the problem still persists.

Hi @2kMq , are you a board admin? Make sure 'Show card covers' option is enabled in your board settings.
i had to copy the board onto a new one and now it suddenly works

apparently it just broke down again after a day of it being opened i will either have to remake all the covers or idk

I see some images still appear on your card cover. This could be an error in the image file format.
Could you help me check if there are any differences in the file format between the normal one and the broken one?
If it's not the cause, I recommend you contact the Trello Support team directly for more details on this.
