Your site is not working, and I am directed to a community page? Awful service. Absolutely how to give poor service. For my team, your site is down, not loading, not responding and we need to work. Where is a button for instant tech support? Is this what we are paying for?

I run a service team and would expect to be fired if I ran it like this. Over 2 hours we cannot work!
