I am trying to upgrade my workspace to a premium account (I was on a trial previously). I go through the steps, including agreeing to the terms and conditions, but then when I click start subscription, it just pulses and nothing happens. I've tried another card (so both visa and mastercard), having another user try to upgrade, restarted my computer, cleared the cache, and you aren't able to upgrade via the mobile app (I checked) and even tried using the phone on data vs the wifi network. I do have the academic license, which I am wondering if it's an issue?
Do you have any suggestions or ability to help?
