Teams I don't recognise

Hi everyone, hoping someone can help. When I go into my profile information, I have this 'Teams' drop down with these 4 teams listed. I have no idea at all what they are, or why they're there. When I've tried to look into one of them it says they have thousands of members. Any idea where they've come from or how I get out of them?? I use Trello by myself, with a personal gmail account just to manage to-do tasks, I'm not part of any organisation.

To answer your question, you can remove yourself from the Teams by following the below steps:

Note: If you're the last member or it's an invite-only/managed team, you might need another team member or an admin to remove you, or ask an admin to remove you from the group associated with the team. 

Steps to remove yourself :

1. Navigate to the Team Page: Go to the specific team page you want to leave.
2. Find Your Name: Look for the list of members (often on the right side or under a 'People' tab).
3. Click the "..." Menu: Click the three dots next to your name or the team name.
4. Select "Leave Team": Choose the option to leave the team or Remove from team and confirm.
