Team member confirming attendance

Dear all,

In my work we regularly organize facultative presentation involving big teams (around 60 persons). And I would like to know if there is a way to invite a whole team to it. And for the invitees to be able to confirm their presence, idially via a checkbox present on the note. So that the organizer knows before the presentation how many people are going to attend. without the need to manualy count confirmation emails.

@olivieretvincent testsite Okay well if they all have access to a board, then you could have an automation create a card for each team member, add a checklist to the card with yes/no on it then add the member to the card.

if they tap Yes it could move the card to a “Going” list and vice Versa then you count the cards in each list
