I've created a board for a client process but they can't see the comments section (I can see and make comments). I have the board's comment permission set to 'members' and I've added her as a team member with her permissions set to 'normal'. She can see the cards but the comments section is missing... it shows activities straight under the card description. How can I allow her to see and make comments? Thanks
Hi Naomi
Anyone who has access to a board should be able to see comments, there's not a way to hide those... so there's nothing set on the board that would prevent it.
It sounds like it may be an easy fix... have this user clear the cache from their browser, close the browser, relaunch and try once more. If comments still don't show, try using a different browser. If the other browser does show comments, then likely the issue lies within the original browser and perhaps there's extensions enabled that are interfering.
Thanks Matthew, it turned out that she hadn't set up an account so she could see the board but not edit it. Thanks for the ideas... we had to go through all of them before we figured out the problem.
