I seek your support guys to provide me a method or even template enabling me to track my team's daily/ weekly activity in an organized view. 

that tasks should be project base tasks. 

how I work: 

- my team members have different projects and within the project, there are tasks related therefore I need to track these tasks. 

so, what is te perfect way to do this on a Trello board.?

Have you checked our reporting tool? You can set up a Report that tracks the cards of each member and in each list (Doing, Done), Bar charts with work per member, Pie chart for work distribution, Historical chart for work over time and other interesting things to see.
