Team boards not appearing in the "move" and "team board" list

When looking to move a card from one board to another, when I click on "move", my "writers" board does not appear. It also does not appear in the team board list (from the drop down menu on the top left corner). But it does appear in the "recently viewed" list from the drop down menu in the top left corner. How do I get it to appear all the time? I am on the team that the team board is on. Thanks in advance.

@Denise Lang are you a member of the board or is it just a board in a team you're a member of? In order for it to show up in those menus you have to actually be a member.

Any board you view (team, public, personal etc.) will show up in recently viewed

Member of the team and this is a team board. Do people have to be invited to team boards? (Thanks for your help! I'm new here.)
