Tasks related to the date of the action, not the date of the calendar

Every Sunday at 10.00 I have the same action. The task / card timepieces are related to this action. How can these terms relate to the date of the event and not to the date in the Klandar? For example: order snacks 5 days before the event or 3 days after the event to evaluate the event. Is it possible in Trello?

Hi, 

You can create dependencies between cards which have specific due date. 

You can use a template card which itemnames contain date information. A possible pattern : itemname in x weeks 

And this information can be used to set due date for each card (sub task).

when a card is added to list "listname", add the "checklistname" checklist from card "templatecardname" to the card,convert all the items in checklist "checklistname" into linked cards

when anyone enters a card name containing a date, set due on the date and remove the matched text
