Tagging Customer Name to Customer ID

Can a card have a way to Tag a Customer Name to a Customer ID? The idea is to be able to type in the customer's name in history and have it also tag it's Customer ID.

Hi Abe, welcome to the community. Currently, you can only tag (mention) someone in a card by their username (i.e., @username), but not by an ID.  You can check additional information in this article.
