I'M still in trial for premium Trello account. I like Trello. I would love to be able to use the PLANNER but I consistently get error message, "something went wrong" and "refresh." I've tried changing browsers, deleting caches, nothing works. So I wrote to support and they want my SEN??? There's a help page that tells you how to find your SEN but it's a loop. It loops back to how to find your SEN. Does this company offer any support at all?

Atlassian support is so bad, I am not sure why more customers aren't calling them out on it.
Then there is support for Trello that takes it to a whole new level.
The best option is to do this:
1.Click the link below
https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
2. Choose Technical issues and bugs then select Trello as the product
3. In the AI chat window (which you used to be able to bypass), ask to raise a ticket.
4. Click Submit a support request and hey presto, the standard Trello contact form will appear below.
