Syncing Trello calendar with Outlook Calendar not working

When I purchased Trello I thought this would be easy. I've followed instructions abut copying the URL and now I've got Cronofy and Outlook Calender Power Up by Kryl. Neither work. 

Why does this seem to be so difficult? I've honestly wasted a few hours trying to sort this out and still I don't have a solution.
