Synchronise Wordpress posts with Trello cards

We are using Trello as a Content board to keep track of all out posts and articles on our wordpress blog.

Is there any way to automatically create a trello card for each post created in wordpress and keep them synced? Basically we want to connect each post with a card and update the card's status based on the status of the post. Is that possible?

@JrGong you can use Zapier to trigger when you create a new post, and then create a new Trello card:
