Sync problems on iOS

I use Trello on my iPhone, iPad and on the web. When I create a new task on my iPhone I can see it on the web but not on the iPad. When I create a new task on my iPad I can see it also on the web but not on the iPhone. When I create a new task on the web, I can neither see it on the iPhone nor on the iPad.

It looks like that the iOS apps can only send changes but not receive any. I have already checked the sync queues on the iOS apps and both are empty.

Does anyone have the same problem?

With the help from the Trello support I was able to solve the problem by logging out from the iOS apps and login again. Then authentication works again.

Same problem after I logout and log back in again. Still have to hit synced to see the change. The change was made on IOS
