Suggested fixes for sort by due date not working?

I'm having this issue for the second time and it's seriously affecting my work. My "to do" list is made up of dozens of individual projects that need to be completed 4-6 days before due date. The three dots "sort by" and "due date" no longer order these cards by due date and they're just scattered in a way that doesn't seem to have any method.

I have signed out/in, updated Chrome, restarted, blew on my computer like a Nintendo cartridge.

Any suggestions?

Hi Liam,

While Trello is resolving the sorting issue, I recommend using Board Assistant: https://trello.com/power-ups/685016dd47b5654ae385bba6

Its Automatic sorting feature can keep your “To do” list sorted by Due date in Ascending order, with the nearest due dates at the top and later dates below.
