A month ago the support removed the 14 day Premium Trial so that I am on the Free scheme.  That has worked fine.
A few days ago a Pop up window stating Premium trial ended subscribe with payment option is appearing when i click to open a board. I cannot close it nor access my boards:
I was told by support last month that I can remain on Free scheme as long as I want:

Now I cannot access my work.
I have emailed support but did not receive a ticket confirmation of my query.
Can someone advise me please how to remove pop up ?
Thanks in advance

Hi Anja,

I have clicked the request assistance button to notify Atlassian Support of this request so they can look to answer this question for yourself.

Regards,

Kristian

I resolved the issue by clicking the "Change to Back to Free" icon even though I was already on the free schemme not the Premium Trial : I hesitated clicking anything in case I lost my boards: As it happened I retained my Boards:

So thank you for reaching out to help me.

Hi @Anja - I can confirm you're on the free tier and there shouldn't be a persistent pop-up that covers the boards themselves, and you only have 2 boards in this Workspace, so you're not hitting the limit.

As @Oleksandr mentioned, it might be helpful to see a screenshot of what you're looking at so we can try to guide you further.

Note: This could also be caused by a browser issue. Please check the steps mentioned on this help doc: help.trello.com/article/736-troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello

Trying it from an incognito/private browser, and double-checking that your browser is fully updated is a good starting point. Try from a different device as well to compare and determine if it's isolated to one browser.

Hi Anja!

Could you share a screenshot of how that pop-up looks?

Sometimes there is a very tiny, non-obvious link or button (like "Stay on Free" or a small "x" in a corner) that you need to click to dismiss it. Also, keep in mind that if your Workspace has more than 10 collaborators, Trello might be blocking access until the "over-limit" issue is resolved, which often looks like a forced subscription prompt.

Showing us the window would help us figure out if there's a way to bypass it!
