Stolen email

My main email has been stolen time ago, and now I'm not able to get my Trello account back, actually I can prove that I'm the owner. I know the password associated with the stolen email, but when I try to login it says that the password it's correct, but then Trello asks me to change it by opening an email sent to the stolen email, is there anyway to get it back?

I have raised a ticket to the support team on your behalf since this has to be handled by Atlassian. No one in the Coummuntity forum has access to you Trello account.

They will get back to you shortly (within 1-2 business days)

I’ve looked into this for you, and I have a few updates regarding your account.

I’m not seeing a Trello account associated with this email address, and it looks like this Atlassian account was only recently created on April 14, 2026.

I know it’s frustrating when you lose access to an email, but for security reasons, we can’t manually change account details unless there is a paid subscription involved.

If you have or had a paid subscription on the account you're trying to reach, please let me know (without sharing any sensitive billing details here in the public forum!). We have a specific verification process we can follow to help you regain access in those cases.
