We use Trello as a shop management tool. Each project goes through the same steps. So we make each project it's own list, then each step is a card in that list. Is there a way to make it so we can have a standard Card/List so we don't have to make each individual card over and over again each time we add a new project?
I would recommend creating a "template list" somewhere on the board (maybe the far left). In this template list, you would have all the cards that you need in order to complete a project. In each card, you can add descriptions, labels, custom fields, etc. (whatever information is necessary to do that particular thing).
Whenever you get a new project, Butler can copy that template list. You would just need some sort of trigger in order to create a new project list. One way to do it is with a board button. Have a look at this example: https://www.loom.com/share/d4a8ce53b4304f2e99cab98edaaf8f06
@Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows @Choice Ink LLC you could also just use the 3 little dots at the top of the list and choose "Copy List" to create a project, then set the name of the new list to the name of the project.

You could try making a rule with the "Butler" power up

Hi @Choice Ink LLC 👋
Welcome to the Community! There are two possible ways you may be able to go about this, firstly as @Vero Rivas mentions Butler may be able to help through an automation rule.
Second option is making the card/list in question a template card on your boards that way you can create a card instantly from this template with one click every time a new project begins.
I hope this helps but if you have any other questions just let me know 😃
All the best,
Laura
