Slack Power-up – Alerts *by List* Possible?

I'd like to set up an alert that pings a specific Slack channel based on cards being moved to a certain list. So, I move a card to a specific list, a specific Slack channel gets a ping. However, I'm not seeing this for some reason.

Is this not possible?

Thanks, these are the instructions that I followed. However, there is no option to create alerts for a specific list, only to create an alert for all lists. Seems like this would be a no-brainer, but the option doesn't seem to exist.

Anyone know of a workaround? Or should I defer to Zapier?
