Shortcuts error on iphone

I have a shortcut on my iphone that creates a card and adds it to my inbox. This has been working fine for many months, but recently I have gotten the error code - "you must be logged in to use this feature. Please launch the Trello mobile app and log in."

I haven't changed anything in my settings, and Trello is logged in/running in the background on my phone. If I have opened Trello immediately before trying to use the shortcut, it works -- but obviously this defeats the purpose of the shortcut.

that behavior usually points to the Trello app not being properly active/authenticated in the background.

The key detail is that it works after you open Trello so the shortcut is fine, but iOS cannot execute it reliably when Trello has not been opened recently.

I would try:

1. fully closing and reopening Trello and Shortcuts
2. making sure you are logged in properly in Trello
3. recreating the Trello action in the shortcut
4. testing with a very simple Trello shortcut first
